The Stockholm based company Smartinfo Sweden AB signs a global distribution agreement with AppXite; a wholly owned subsidiary of Atea ASA, which means that the Smartinfo services SmartContract, SmartFlow and SmartArchive can be ordered via Atea’s e-commerce site.
Smartinfo Sweden AB was established in 2001 and offers cloud-based services and products within information management such as workflow, document management, contract management, e-archive and mailroom solutions including distributed scanning. Customers are primarily based in the Nordic countries, but Smartinfo has also delivered to New Zealand, Australia and Canada.
Atea ASA is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and is Northern Europe’s leading supplier in the IT infrastructure market with a turnover of approximately SEK 33 billion.
The agreement is part of SmartInfo’s national and international expansion and means that Market presence is further strengthened through the availability of Atea’s distribution channel.
